Please allow 40 minutes for your first visit with Dr. David Bates.
During your consultation, Dr David will take a comprehensive health history, perform a thorough physical examination, discuss a diagnosis, and perform treatment as indicated, and prescribe any rehabilitation needed to help with your presenting complaint.
Standard Consultation ($72):
Please allow 10-15 minutes for this appointment.
Dr David will assess your presenting complaint and provide chiropractic adjustments and soft tissue modalities as indicated.
